Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return with in 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
How Refunds Work
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping and handling charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchange Requests
Exchanges are accepted for eligible items if requested with in 7 – 10 business days of delivery. If you wish to exchange a product for a different variation, please contact our support team for assistance.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. If the issue is caused by us, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
